My focus Is on healing. I believe to heal and to become empowered we need to heal the whole person with a connection between the mind body and spirit. Healing comes when we can discover our personal value and worth. When we discover and live our lives knowing our personal value and worth it will carry over into our professional and personal areas of our lives. You do not have to stay stuck, I can, and will help you.

I have focused the last 10 plus years of my career providing counseling to men and women with PTSD and trauma with CO occurring issues of anxiety, depression, domestic abuse and violence, grief and substance use disorders with compassion, empathy, and care.

I believe that focusing and harnessing our positivities is the key to making progress in all areas of our lives. My goal is to meet you where you are without judgment. You heal you. I am here to help guide you and provide a safe place to help you in doing the work.
